Art Commission Request Form

Please read this agreement and fill out the following form to request an art commission from Izabella rain:

Agreement

Izabella rain will review your commission request form and respond with either an acceptance or decline.

Izabella will only accept commissions that are a good fit for her style as well as the budget and deadline requested.

upon accepting the request, Izabella requires a 50% downpayment immediately. If this downpayment is not received in a prompt manner, client forfeits their commission slot. the remaining 50% is collected upon completion of the work.

upon acceptance of the request, a simple contract will be drawn up outlining the copyrights of the artist as well as outlining details of commission deadline and payment due dates,

Please note, most pieces of art take anywhere from 3 weeks up to 3 months or beyond depending on the size and the current workload of the artist. requesting a commission as far in advance as possible is helpful to ensure meeting a deadline.
